Creating manual accounts

Manual accounts let you track cash, investments, or accounts from institutions that aren't supported by automatic connections.


When to use manual accounts

  • Cash wallets or physical cash you want to track

  • Investment accounts not supported by automatic providers

  • Credit union or small bank accounts

  • Foreign accounts in unsupported countries

  • Loan tracking or liability accounts


How to create a manual account

  1. Go to Accounts and click "Add Account"

  2. Select "Manual Account"

  3. Choose the account type (checking, savings, credit card, etc.)

  4. Enter the account name and starting balance

  5. Click "Create Account"
