Transaction sync problems
If your transactions aren't syncing properly, try these solutions.
Transactions not appearing
Wait 15-30 minutes - new transactions can take time to sync
Pull down to refresh on mobile or click refresh on web
Check if the account connection is still active
Some banks only update once per day
Missing historical transactions
Banks typically provide 30-90 days of history
Import older transactions manually using file import
Check with your bank about data availability
