Transaction sync problems

If your transactions aren't syncing properly, try these solutions.


Transactions not appearing

  • Wait 15-30 minutes - new transactions can take time to sync

  • Pull down to refresh on mobile or click refresh on web

  • Check if the account connection is still active

  • Some banks only update once per day


Missing historical transactions

  • Banks typically provide 30-90 days of history

  • Import older transactions manually using file import

  • Check with your bank about data availability
