Changing your password
Regularly updating your password helps keep your Finthy account secure.
To change your password
Go to Settings from the main menu
Open the Security tab
Find the Password section
Enter your current password
Enter your new password
Confirm your new password
Click Update Password
Password requirements
At least 8 characters long
Include at least one uppercase letter
Include at least one number
Include at least one special character
Password tips
Do not reuse passwords from other sites
Consider using a password manager
Prefer not to use a password?
Passkeys (WebAuthn) are available as a password-free sign-in option in the web app. You can add one from Settings > Security. See Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) for the steps to add a passkey.
