Upgrading your Finthy plan
Upgrading takes a minute. You can do it from Settings or by clicking any upgrade prompt the app shows when you hit a Free-plan limit.
Upgrade from Settings
Go to Settings → Subscription.
Pick the plan that fits, monthly or annual.
Enter payment details (card, or local methods where available).
Confirm.
Your new plan activates immediately. No need to log out or refresh.
Upgrade from an in-app prompt
When you try to do something that requires a paid plan, for example, changing the default currency, Finthy now shows an Upgrade dialog right there. Click Upgrade and we take you straight to checkout, then return you to where you were.
Card-free trial
Trial-eligible users in the United States and Canada can start a 14-day card-free trial from the paywall shown when connecting a bank. No card is required to begin, and you are only charged if you continue after the trial ends.
What unlocks immediately after upgrade
Multi-currency: the currency dropdown unlocks across new account and budget forms. Your default currency becomes editable in Settings.
Higher AI quota: more image uploads per month for transaction extraction.
Advanced budget features: templates and granular alert types.
Managing the subscription afterwards
From Settings → Subscription you can switch plans, change billing cycle, update your card, download invoices, or cancel. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the current billing period; after that the account reverts to Free with all your data intact.
