In-app chat support

For direct assistance:

  1. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of Finthy

  2. Type your question or describe your issue

  3. Our support team will respond as quickly as possible

For detailed inquiries or issues requiring investigation:

  • Include your account email and a description of your issue

  • Screenshots are helpful for technical problems


Response times

  • Free plan: Standard support within 48 hours

  • Plus plan: Priority support within 24 hours

  • Pro plan: Priority support within 24 hours with dedicated attention
