Notification preferences
Finthy notifies you about events that affect your money. You can choose how you are notified from Settings > Notifications, and in-app notifications are always available in the web app.
In-app notifications
In-app notifications show up automatically, with no setup required. They are clickable: select a notification to jump straight to its subject, such as the budget, event, or transaction it refers to. In-app notifications are free for all users and stay on whatever else you choose.

Open Settings > Notifications to manage how Finthy reaches you:
Send me email notifications: a single toggle that includes event reminders, match suggestions, and budget alerts. In-app notifications stay on either way.
Mobile push notifications (on our roadmap)
Push notifications on your device for these same events are on our roadmap and will arrive with the native Finthy mobile app, so you'll get a heads-up even when the app is closed.
What you'll be notified about
Budget alerts: thresholds, approaching the limit, exceeded, period ending, and rollover.
Event reminders: a heads-up before recurring bills or salary, based on the reminder offsets on each event.
Match suggestions: when Finthy thinks a real transaction matches an expected event occurrence.
Plan availability
